Depending on your session type and theme, we’ll discuss some ideas for outfits and colors. Generally I recommend not dressing up the entire family in the same type of clothes and colors as it doesn’t really compliment the end result, your photos.

Absolutely! It's completely normal to feel a little nervous or self-conscious in front of the camera, and my goal as a photographer is to help you feel comfortable and confident. I will guide you through the entire process, from posing to expression, to ensure that you look and feel your best. I strive to create a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere during our sessions, and I will do everything I can to make sure you feel at ease. So don't worry if you're not used to being in front of the camera - I'm here to help you every step of the way!

This depends on the type of session you’ve booked. Usually, you’ll receive an online gallery with 65+ photos. These will be fully edited and delivered to you within 3 weeks.

I typically recommend booking a session with me at least 3-4 weeks in advance to ensure availability. However, I understand that sometimes things come up last minute, so I always do my best to accommodate last-minute requests whenever possible. It's always a good idea to reach out to me as soon as you know you'd like to schedule a session to secure your preferred date and time.

Living in Hawaii means that we're no strangers to unpredictable weather, including rain. However, even if the forecast calls for rain, that doesn't necessarily mean we can't still create stunning images together. In fact, some of my favorite shoots have been in moody, misty conditions that Hawaii is known for. If we do encounter bad weather on the day of our shoot, I will work with you to determine the best course of action. We may be able to proceed with the shoot as planned, or we may need to reschedule for another day. Regardless of what the weather brings, my priority is always to ensure that we capture beautiful, high-quality images that you will cherish for years to come.

Living on Hawaii, we are fortunate to have a wide variety of beautiful locations available for photoshoots. Some of my favorite spots are the gorgeous beaches that dot the coastline, with their crystal-clear waters and stunning sunsets. If you're looking for something a bit more dramatic, we can also head up into the mountains, where we'll find breathtaking vistas and lush greenery. Whatever your preference, I'm happy to make recommendations and work with you to find the perfect location for your shoot. And if you have a specific spot in mind, I'm always open to exploring new locations and capturing unique and special moments in your preferred setting.

I use Lightroom Classic to edit my photos.

As a natural light photographer, my focus is on authenticity. I don't do retouching, but I get how annoying a pesky pimple or a random object can be. So, I do make small adjustments here and there to keep everything looking its best.
